How we work
Small on purpose
Every person here talks to customers. There is no layer between the people who use the product and the people who change it.
Ship it honest
If something is not built, the product says so. "Coming soon" belongs in the same list as the features that exist, not in a footnote under it.
Own the failure
When our scanner cannot start, the report says our scanner could not start. It does not report a customer’s site as unreachable and let them go hunting.
